Osim Nefashot 2025
Osim Nefashot 2025
Once a year, during the months of November - December, the flagship event of the Nefashot initiative takes place: “Osim Nefashot Week.” This is a week-long social and community festival, in which artists, cultural activists and practitioners in the field of mental health create public events and encounters that invite the public to engage with the world of mental health issues through culture and art dialogue.
Throughout the week, a wide range of events take place — musical performances, theatre shows, public conversations, poetry readings, exhibitions, and more — all of those are dedicated to the experiences of those dealing with mental health issues and accompanied by open dialogue with the audience.
“Osim Nefashot Week” is grounded in the spirit of voluntary activism, mutual support, and social solidarity. All events are initiated and led by individuals and organizations from the fields of mental health, art, and culture, joining forces with a shared purpose: to raise public awareness around mental health and to reduce the stigma toward people dealing with mental health issues and their families.
